Learn about the unmistakable and unique traditions that differentiate each Italian region without leaving Ottawa!
Guests will receive in-depth knowledge of regional wine and food, geography, modern and traditional culture from all 20 Italian regions.
Each class blends theoryalways accompanied by handouts and a slide showwith practical dinners featuring regional dishes and matching wines.

Our chef also offers small cooking demos and provide recipes for most dishes.
Each participant will receive:
• a 4-course dinner at every class
• 4-6 wine samples per class matching the menu
• recipes
• a certificate of accomplishment
