If you are new to the world of wine, or if you want to polish your skills and learn the Italian method of tasting (always accompanied with food), this course is for you. It delivers all the basic information you need to appreciate wine and food either at home or in a restaurant. You will be tutored on the effective use of all five senses as you develop your own tasting skills.
All classes feature a dinner, an easy-to-follow lecture and a guided tasting in a relaxed and stylish environment.
Each participant will receive:
• a three course dinner with wine samples at every class
• a complimentary custom designed glass carrying case made in Italy with four crystal tasting glasses, a tasting notebook, and a corkscrew
• detailed hand outs and a course workbook
• a certificate of accomplishment
