If you are new to the world of wine, or if you want to polish your skills, this four-class course is for you. It delivers all the basic information you need to appreciate wine and food either at home or in a restaurant. You will be tutored on the effective use of all five senses as you develop your own tasting skills.
All classes feature a dinner, an easy-to-follow lecture and a guided tasting in a relaxed and stylish environment.
Each participant will receive:
• a three course dinner with wine samples at every class
• a complimentary custom designed glass carrying case made in Italy with four crystal tasting glasses, a tasting notebook, and a corkscrew
• detailed hand outs and a course workbook
• a certificate of accomplishment
