Arleigh's passion for food and cooking is in her blood! Both her grandmum and father are fantasic cooks and, since she was a little girl, whenever she could, she loved being in the kitchen with them, helping prepare some wonderful meals.
Later on, Arleigh made a big decision and enrolled in culinary training in Victoria. From there she went to Banff, Alberta, where she did her apprenticeship at the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel. When she moved back to Ottawa, Arleigh was lucky enough to work in some fantasic places among which are the Govenor General's Residence, the Ottawa Marriot, and the Wellington Gastro Pub. She feels she has worked with great people along the way and they have taught her many great things.
