Cook with Chef Maria Amalia Garza from the Cultural Kitchen in a celebration of famed Mexican painter Frida Kahlo's birthday. On the menu will be some of Frida's favourite dishes: Guacamole, Quesadillas de Hongos (mushroom corn quesadillas), Salsa de Tomatillo con Chile Seco (tomatillo salsa with dried chile), Chiles Rellenos de Picadillo en Salsa de Tomate con Chile Guajillo (stuffed poblano peppers on a pool of guajillo chile tomato salsa), and Flan de Chocolate con Kahlua (chocolate Kahlua flan).
